We love our products and hope you will too! However if for some reason something does not meet your expectations, please return it and we of course offer a full refund or replacement.

We do not share your personal information with anyone else except to complete this transaction, i.e. via PayPal if applicable.

Our postage rates apply to sending within New Zealand only. If you wish to have them sent overseas please contact us for up-to-date international postage prices.

All our soap is made in small batches and each soap is unique - no two bars are ever exactly the same! Please treat images as indicative only. If you have chosen something specifically for the pattern please feel free to specify this in your order.
